A Children’s Book About Animals—and Group Sex

Posted by Andrew Hearst

Or so it might seem. One doesn’t have to have one’s mind completely in the gutter to think that maybe, just maybe, this image was an unfortunate choice for the cover of a children’s book:

One Two Three Pull, by Sabine Praml and Sophie Schmid

The title leaves the mind to wonder. Did Mr. Bunny get stuck? Chickens are very small. Ah, to hell I go.

I don’t see anything wrong with this cover.

From what I can see, the chicken wants a worm and the others are helping.

What’s wrong with that?

Doug, welcome to the Internet. I expect to see you here tomorrow in your best fuschia pleather thong and booties, telling us exactly why it is that the cow gets to be the almighty caboose (bonus points: a discussion on “man train” Google image search results).
